Successful completion for Segro at Hayes

We are pleased to report the successful completion of the Segro Hayes project. The development consists of four industrial units totalling 239,665 ft2 with an A+ EPC rating and BREEAM Outstanding. Practical Completion was achieved in September 2022.

The site was formerly an historic Nestle factory dating back to 1914. Unit 4 involved the repair of the original concrete frame facade and this was incorporated into the design of the unit. Segro Park, Hayes is part of a larger regeneration scheme for the former 30 acre Nestle site with an adjacent residential development.

The project team included SEGRO plc, Knight Webb, Feasibility, HDR Consulting, Watkins Paynes and VolkerFitzpatrick.
