New appointment with Segro and DHL in Coventry

We are delighted to confirm another appointment with Segro and DHL. Knight Webb will be Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor for the new project at Segro Park, Coventry. The new facility is 270,000 ft2 and specifically designed to accomodate DHL's latest automated parcel sortation solution.

Knight Webb have been integral in developing the building with Segro, their design consultants and the DHL team, in order to be fully co-ordinated with the storage solution. The appointment follows from the successful delivery by Knight Webb of DHL's new facilty at East Midland's Gateway for Segro.
