Repeat business with Frasers Property

Knight Webb have received a second appointment from Frasers Property as Fund Monitor for their new investment at Ellesmere Port.

The 667,000 ft2 warehouse is being delivered by Stoford Developments with Winvic Construction as the main contractor. The project is due for completion in July 2023.
