Knight Webb are pleased to have assisted Hampton Brook during the planning stage offering project management and cost consultancy advice.

As a key partner to PLP, Knight Webb have since acted for PLP during the acquisition stage providing commercial and technical advice during the due diligence process.  Knight Webb are now looking forward to leading the delivery stage of the project.

Peter Mitchell, Director of Knight Webb commented "The acquisition of the site by PLP represents the culmination of 5 years of work on this project whilst the scheme was assembled by Hampton Brook and outline permission was successfully obtained.  We are delighted to now work with PLP and their consultant team to deliver the scheme and provide first class logistics buildings for Milton Keynes and the South East".

Neil Dickinson, Chief Investment Officer at PLP said "PLP Milton Keynes will become a flagship south east scheme for PLP.  The existing outline consent means that we can deliver up to 2 million sq. ft. of state-of-the-art logistics facilities across a range of unit sizes and phases.  A reserved matters planning application will follow the acquisition very quickly.  On behalf of PLP and its investors, we look forward to working with all stakeholders to deliver a sustainable logistics development fit for the future".
