Knight Webb instructed on urban logistics development for DHL

Knight Webb have confirmed the award of a contract by Exton Estates to provide project management services for the construction of two developments at its prime urban logistics Island Road development in Reading.

On the first development, Knight Webb will manage the construction of a 100,000 sq ft urban logistics delivery facility to be developed for DHL. Construction will commence in early 2018 with completion in December 2018.

On the second development, on the plot immediately adjacent, Knight Webb will oversee the project management of construction of a further additional 15,000 sq ft speculative industrial development.
