Knight Webb appointed on HS2 co-ordination role

On behalf of Logicor and Auria (a leading global supplier to the motor industry) - Knight Webb have been appointed to manage the technical negotiations with High Speed Two (HS2) concerning the impact of the proposed HS2 engineering works on their existing premises.

Auria’s production and manufacturing facility situated on Gorsey Lane, Coleshill is impacted by the route of HS2 and the associated infrastructure. It is necessary for part of the existing builidng to be demolished in order to facilitate the HS2 works. Knight Webb’s role will be work alongside Auria's operations and legal teams to negotiate and agree the accommodation works and HS2’s access requirements.
