First phase of prestigious clock tower development complete

Knight Webb have handed over the keys to seven brand new retail units delivered on-time and on-budget for leading multi-sector developer Exton Estates at its prestigious Clock Tower mixed-use development situated in Chelmsford, Essex.

The scheme, the third project to be awarded to Knight Webb in recent times constitutes the first mixed use/retail development management instructed to be awarded to Knight Webb as it looks to complement the range of services it offers to its growing list of clients and sectors it operates within.

Overall the Clock Tower development comprises over 170,000 sq ft of new retail/mixed-use space to include 92,000 sq ft of retail space across 7 individual units together with 84,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation.
