Completion announced for latest phase of Warth Park

Knight Webb are pleased to announce the completion and handover of the first phase of construction at Roxhill’s Warth Park development in Northampton.

The first phase included the construction of a giant new 646,000 sq. ft distribution centre for Howdens Joinery following on from previous projects including Dr Martins, DSV and Geopost.

Warth Park, at Raunds, Northamptonshire is strategically located on the A45 corridor close to J13 of the A14, which provides access to the ports of Felixstowe and Harwich and also directly links to the A1(M) dual carriageway and the M1 motorway.

The Howdens Joinery distribution centre, which was completed to a high specification has a gross internal floor areas of 646,000 sq ft. The building has an eaves height of 15 metres, extensive offices and a combined site cover of approximately 53%.
