Knight Webb have worked extensively on Building Refurbishments and Operational Fit-outs primarily for the UK’s leading Third Party Logistics companies.

As customer requirements and operational needs change, it is often necessary to carry out internal building changes within live building environments. These projects are normally constrained by extremely challenging budgetary and programme constraints.

Knight Webb will work closely with the Client team to establish the project deliverables and develop cost effective, yet achievable, cost plans. The sequencing and Health & Safety measures for working with live operational buildings are fully considered and incorporated within the project brief. Knight Webb actively engage with all stakeholders, including external customers, to ensure the project goals are achieved.
