Knight Webb acted as project manager and employer’s agent on the 575,000 sq ft Imperial Park industrial and logistics development in Coventry, adjacent to the airport.

Construction commenced on the scheme at the beginning of September 2016 and comprised the development of 3 units of 65,000, 165,000 and 347,000 sq ft being built simultaneously.

Bowmer & Kirkland were the appointed contractor on a development that represented one of the highest profile logistics and industrial schemes throughout the West Midlands and much sought after M6/M1/M69 Logistics Golden Triangle.
