Knight Webb appointed on new Segro Park Hayes development

Knight Webb are pleased to confirm their appointment by Segro as Project Managers for the development of 239,665 sq. ft. of new warehouse space, split across four units in Hayes, Middlesex. Volker Fitzpatrick have been appointed as the main contractor with construction due to start in late March 2021 and completion due for May 2022.

The site is part of a comprehensive mixed-use master planned regeneration of the 30 acre former Nestle factory site.
