Construction starts at Ellesmere Port

We are pleased to confirm that construction has started on the new 228,000 sq ft speculative development for PLP at Ellesmere Port. The development comprises of two warehousing units of 90,000 sq ft and 138,000 sq ft. Both units are 12.5m to eaves and will be built to achieve BREEAM Excellent and NetZero Ready.

The building contract and associated roadworks have been let to Glencar Construction. Practical Completion is planned for April 2021.

Knight Webb are appointed by PLP as Employer's Agent and Cost Manager for the project. This project is a further demonstration of Knight Webb's successful partnership with PLP following recent similar projects.
