Completed refurbishment project in North London

Congratulations to the team for the completion of the refurbishment works to an existing delapidated building in North London. The works involved spray painting the outside of the building, roof repairs, completely gutting the inside of the building, new roller shutter doors, installation of mechanical and electrical services, fire detection and alarm system to bring the building up to current regulations, external yard repairs, new fencing and line marking. The works were carried out by JJL Design and managed by Knight Webb on behalf of Exton Estates.
