We utilise our knowledge and project delivery skills to help us deliver the monitoring role for funds and building owners alike. We pride ourselves on our due diligence process prior to the funding agreement being exchanged, so that our clients have the confidence that the project can be properly delivered and the final product has a robust investment value.

We then attend the site to actively participate in project progress meetings and inspect the works during construction. Finally, we carry out our final review of the paperwork, which again protects the investment value of the building should our client look to sell in the future.
