We engage with the Developer at a very early stage, so we can contribute to their masterplan to balance maximum site utilisation with commercial constraints. We can then provide a detailed cost plan in a developer friendly format, which informs the project appraisals.
Planning and procurement are then key to prepare the site ready for development of the buildings. We work closely with the Planning Team and specialist consultants to co-ordinate the preparation of the planning submission whilst ensuring budgets and overall programmes are achieved.
We pride ourselves on our tender process that ensures we fully appriase the commercial and technical aspects of all bids. The timing of the tender is co-ordinated to complement the planning and pre-start works. This process allows the most appropriate delivery partner to be identified and engaged in the works at the earliest opportunity.
