Clock Tower Mixed Use Development, Chelmsford

Overall the Clock Tower development comprised over 170,000 sq ft of new retail/mixed-use space to include 92,000 sq ft of retail space across seven individual units together with 84,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation.

Construction was undertaken by Readie Construction and PC of the retail units occurred in November 2017. Retail tenants included M&S, Aldi, Dunelm, SCS and Costa Coffee.
