XPO/Nestle completion at East Midlands Gateway

The new 600,000ft² building for XPO/Nestlé has been successfully handed over at East Midlands Gateway. The building incorporates a 31.5m internal height temperature and humidty controlled high bay chamber. The project involved the detailed co-ordination between the materials handling solution (involving fully automated high bay cranes, pallet conveyors and order assemby/sortation equipment) and the building fabric and infrastructure.

Knight Webb were engaged as Tenant's Agent by XPO with Segro being the Developer.
