Samworth brothers supply chain appoint Knight Webb to deliver brand, new 185,000 sq ft cold store/chill unit development

Knight Webb have confirmed the first appointment received from Samworth Brother Supply Chain acting as Tenants Representation to deliver a new 185,000 sq ft temperature controlled distribution unit.

Works commenced at the start of October 2016 and are due for completion in July 2017. The building includes chill store, freezer and specialist blast chill/tempering rooms.
