Knight Webb are pleased to announce the instruction as Tenant’s Representative for the construction and delivery of a 125,000 sq ft extension to Butchers Pet Care’s existing 260,000 sq ft headquarters and production plant located in Crick, Northampton.
Instruction represents a further reappointment for Knight Webb having originally been employed by Butchers Pet Care as Tenants Agent on the original project back in 2011.
Commenting on the re-appointment, Knight Webb Director Paul Knight said: “We are delighted to have been reappointed by Butchers Pet Care to continue our role as Tenant’s Agent for the extension to the existing facility originally built in 2011. We look to working again with the Butchers team together with Winvic to deliver a successful outcome”
The works which commenced in January are expected to complete by September later this year and will ultimately deliver a combined facility of 385,000 sq ft. Winvic are the main contractor.
