New warehouse announced for Pets At Home

Knight Webb are pleased to confirm their appointment as Tenant's Agent by Pets At Home for their new Distribution Centre at Stafford. Stoford have been selected as the Development Partner for the new 670,000 sq. ft. building due for completion in 2022. Planning permission has now been obtained and construction is planned to start on site in summer 2021.

Knight Webb assisted Pets At Home and Colliers International during the site selection stage by reviewing the technical proposals for each site and commenting on the programme/deliverability.

Paul Knight commented 'We are delighted to have been appointed for this prestigious project and look forward to working with the Pets At Home team and their Development Partner".
