We are pleased to confirm our appointment as Fund Monitor by Frasers Property UK for a new investment in Worcester. Construction of the 180,000 ft2 unit is currently underway on the Worcester 6 development for Stoford. Main Contractor is Benniman Construction. PC is planned for Dec 22.
