Knight Webb to project manage build to suit manufacturing and head office facility for Exactaform at Prologis Park Coventry

Knight Webb have announced the instruction by leading engineering components manufacturing business Exactaform to develop a new £4 million, 35,000 sq ft build-to-suit manufacturing and head office to be located at Prologis Park Coventry in the West Midlands.

Knight Webb have been instructed to manage the building works and planning application, also serving as employer’s agent. The works are expected to go to tender shortly and construction commence in the summer.

Knight Webb founding directors Paul Knight and Richard Webb have a long association with Prologis Park Coventry having both worked for the developer between 2003 and 2007 prior to establishing Knight Webb.
