Knight Webb instructed on new industrial & logistics development in Coventry

Knight Webb have confirmed the instruction as project managers on the new 575,000 sq ft Imperial Park Industrial & Logistics development to be developed in Coventry, adjacent to the Airport.

Construction commenced on the scheme at the beginning of September of the development of 3 units of 65,000, 165,000 and 347,000 sq ft being built simultaneously.

Completion is expected by the beginning of June next year with Bowmer & Kirkland the appointed contractors.

The development represents one of the most high profile logistics & industrial schemes throughout the West Midlands and much sought after M6/M1/M69 Logistics Golden Triangle.
