Knight Webb delivers again for Hampton Brook

Knight Webb have announced the successful completion on time and budget of Thrapston 103 - a brand new 103,000 sq ft speculative warehouse development project managed for Hampton Brook at a site in Thrapston, Northampton.

Thrapston 103 is located immediately adjacent to junction 13 of the a14, at the a45 and a605 junction.

Construction was completed on time, on budget and incorporated the requirements of the new tenant immediately prior to completion.

This project is the second significant instruction received and successfully managed for Hampton Brook in recent years.
