Knight Webb announces completion of 462,000 sq. ft of new speculative logistics centre developments for Goodman

Knight Webb are pleased to announce the successful completion and delivery on time, on budget of two brand new logistics centre developments of 304,000 and 162,000 sq ft respectively for Goodman at their flagship Northampton Commercial Park development.

The developments which completed at the start of March constitute the first projects awarded by Goodman to Knight Webb as employer’s agent and took 9 months to develop.

Unit 1, the 304,000 sq ft development was successfully pre-let to Clipper Logistics ahead of completion and expected to become fully operational by the autumn.
