Knight Webb announces appointment of further retail store development instruction

Knight Webb have confirmed the instruction by leading UK supermarket retail chain ASDA for the development of a 15,000 sq ft new retail store development at Warth Park, Kettering.

Knight Webb have been appointed in the role of employer’s agent, project managers and cost consultants. Works started onsite on the development at the beginning of September 2016 and are expected to complete Feb 2017.

The Appointment is the first received by Knight Webb for a retail specific project development and demonstrates the company’s emerging credentials across multiple property and project management sectors.
