Exton Estates confirms further Knight Webb appointment

A further additional instruction has been received from long standing client Exton Estates for Knight Webb to project manage the delivery of a 91,715 sq ft purpose built laundry washing facility for specialist laundry operator Berensden at a site situated in Dartford, Kent.

Exton have entered into an agreement for lease with Berensden who provide a laundry service for hospitals across the UK. In addition, on the adjacent plot, Exton has also instructed Knight Webb to project manage the construction of an additional 77,000 sq ft development alongside to be developed speculatively.

Both developments have been forward funded by the developer and are currently in for planning. Construction is due to start on site in March 2018 with completion in December.
