Exciting new project for TopHat Industries

We are delighted to confirm our appointment as Tenant's Agent for TopHat for their new production facility in Corby.

TopHat manufacture modular houses using cutting edge robotics and innovative construction techniques. The 650,000 ft2 unit will be the largest production facility of it's type in Europe. The project is due for completion in Q3 2023.
