Breaking Ground for Pets At Home

We are pleased to report that construction works have commenced at Redhill Business Park, Stafford.

Stoford are the Developer for the scheme and McLaren Construction have been appointed as their Main Contractor. Knight Webb have acted for Pets At Home since the site selection stage and will act as their Tenant's Agent for the construction of the 670,000 ft2 building. The works are due for completion in Spring 2022. At handover, the installation of Pets At Home's fit-out works, including automation, racking and office fit-out, will commence.
