Knight Webb co-founder and Managing Director, Richard has over 25 years professional project management experience in both the property and construction sectors, working directly both for and on behalf of a number of industry leading development teams and end-user occupiers.

Richard has a highly commercial focus and takes great pride in his ability to lead on pre-construction and procurement activities and getting projects to the build stage quickly and cost-effectively.
