EXTON ESTATES APPOINTS KNIGHT WEBB TO PRESTIGIOUS CLOCK TOWER MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT IN CHELMSFORD ESSEX.

Knight Webb have confirmed the instruction from long-time client and leading developer Exton Estates for the management and delivery of the new 170,000 sq ft Clock Tower Retail/Mixed Use development, Chelmsford, Essex.

The instruction received from Exton Estates constitutes the third project awarded to Knight Webb in recent times.

The project features the redevelopment of the former Britvic manufacturing plant and is being funded by Aberdeen Asset Management.

Works are expected to start onsite in January 2017 to include 92,000 sq ft of retail space across 7 individual units together with 84,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation.
