Knight Webb co-founder and director Richard has over 20 years professional project management experience in both the property and construction sectors working directly both for and on behalf of a number of industry leading development teams and end-user occupiers, including Prologis, Roxhill, Kuehne & Nagel, M&S amongst others in addition to a number of independent project management consultant assignments.
Throughout his career Richard has also been directly responsible for and led a number of highly complex multi-million pound developments projects, often constructed on brownfield sites throughout the UK.
Richard has a highly commercial focus and takes great pride in his ability to lead on pre-construction and procurement activities and getting projects to the build stage quickly and cost-effectively.
Richard is much valued in his capability to seamlessly work alongside developers, funds, tenants, main contractors and the supply chain to reach mutually beneficial solutions.
Knight Webb co-founder and director Paul brings over 25 years’ experience in the property and construction sectors, gained across a broad range of commercial, industrial and retail projects. A Chartered Civil Engineer by profession, Paul spent 10 years in a consulting engineering practice before moving into Project Management.
Latterly, Paul honed his skills at first IKEA Properties and then Prologis successfully delivering many high profile schemes. Paul is well respected within the industry amongst both clients and contractors alike for his approachable and effective style of project management.
Project Manager Hamish joined Knight Webb in January 2014 and brings with him over 17 years of building contracting experience.
Hamish brings a new dimension and recent on-site experience to the organisation together with a fresh perspective on dealing with operational sites that we can build into our process.
Hamish’s technical knowledge and expertise gained through experience of varied project types and sizes serves as a great asset to Knight Webb and our ongoing further project delivery capabilities.
Project Manager Steve joined Knight Webb in March 2015 and brings with him over 18 years of building contracting and consultancy experience across many different facets of the industry.
As a Design Manager and Chartered Architectural Technologist Steve has spent the majority of the past 15 years working within the Logistic and Manufacturing sector working across both the pre-construction and construction stage.
Having worked as a Senior Design Manager for two of the largest privately owned main contractors in the UK. Steve has developed a keen eye for driving value engineering through innovative design solutions, and as a consultant looks to drive out savings at the earliest possible interjection whilst eliminating risk where ever possible. Steve is particularly experienced within the automated logistic sector having worked alongside Knapp, Witron, SSI Schafer, TGW, and Swisslog in the fit out of existing units and to design and procure purpose built bespoke warehousing solutions.
Steve has a proactive and hands on approach in working with Clients, design professionals and contractors to aid the delivery of quality solutions. He is familiar with various construction methods and is a good team player.
Associate Project Manager Peter Mitchell brings a considerable amount of knowledge and experience to the team gained over a career spanning 30 years in the construction and project management sector.
Peter has successfully worked as a client side project manager across a multitude of diverse construction projects and developments – respected by both the client and project team for his ability to lead effective solutions no matter the brief. In particular the mechanical and electrical (M&E) and fit out knowledge and experience Peter brings adds a further dimension to more complex projects.
His no nonsense approach proves to be popular with our clients who appreciate clear direction on their projects.
